ALBERT DUBLER NAMED KNIGHT OF THE LEGION OF HONOURANCE

On 14 April 2017, by decree of the Ministry of Culture and Communication, Albert Dubler, Past President of the International Union of Architects (UIA) and former advisor to the National Council of the Order of French Architects, was named a Knight of the Legion of Honour.
